SHOULD PLL GET 3 SYA shares for every 1 PLL SHARE ??, page-3

Hahaha...convenient wordplay to hide the mechanics of the issue.
You see, please check out the circled numbers on statements issued by PLL.
Tell me what you make of it or how long can PLL survive....because what by what i can read it means clearly PLL will not make it H1 2025 or will completely fold by H2 2025 if this merger is not going through.
Regarding, the per tonne price that PLL is locked in with SYA as in they have to pay if the production is still going on, as in it will not be SYA's responsibility for PLL's share of Spodumene. PLL can burn it or smoke it but has to pay SYA regardless.
And if I am recollecting it correctly SYA is still making loss on production and will still make loss regardless of this merger or not.
Wise thing would have been to somehow kickstart that refinery at NAL.
Which they failed for selfish reasons to do so.
And why SYA wants to save PLL is beyond my understanding.
