I literally just emailed with Andrew about 1mc and Elevra and he said at the moment its not taking up hardly any time or annual budget unless they find something. (The context of this i might share later, but it will be intersting to those who have concerns about AB and JB's independence when it comes to 1MC and Elevra.

You think they should sell that to someone else and then NAL and SYA/Elevra finds itself in the exact same financial difficulty it is currently in and then ontop of that Piedmont own 25% of Elevra? are you suggesting they buy into Elevra with the funds from the sale of their other assets? which would amount to what? a couple hundred million? This is essentially what theyre bringing in terms of MC and cash + the potential for any of the assets to be developed.
This may seem excessive to pick apart your post this way, but its to show how little thought you are putting behind these statements.
