SHOULD PLL GET 3 SYA shares for every 1 PLL SHARE ??, page-69

No nothing to do with SYA just JB,ABs and JLs company structure to loan money to AJM/1MC to keep the lifestyle going at an 8% interest rate. I expect it ranks number 1 with creditors which might be a concern to SYA holders now that 1MC have finally announced the JV with SYA. No reason now for SYA to tip money into 1MC rather it should go into the JV vehicle, sadly I still can't find this JV company listed in the ASIC database.

Also a good way to fund some social media influencers so they can say they aren't paid by SYA/1MC with a straight face and skirt HC ToUs.
