    I am aware that several big shareholders have sold down their holdings. These probably account for 10 million +. Now that these big sales are gone and new holders have moved in this big down pressure is behind us.

    CPU is not on the nose like the banks which are now all trading on PE's of less than 10, nor is it linked to commodities like BHP RIO and the oils

    This makes it a relatively safe hold and one which will perform over time.

    $9 is cheap for the stock which will recover its high of $11 + when the market recovers.

    It will probably outperfom most of the ASX 200 this month.

    With respect to PLA the arguments are different and you might like to look at the buyer /seller queue.

    I think we will see 4000 in the XJO sooner than most commentators think.

    Most Australian companies are profitable and compared to fixed interest of 2% and property where further falls are predicted the sharemaket is a better bet
