Short answer is no.
Those titles are only valid for anyone within the area of belief.
I guess they could be used to understand what the person believes. Or their dress can do the same.
I don't care what Cardinal Pell says. His title has no influence on me at all. Just look at all the "Fathers" and "Bishops" who assaulted young boys.
Religion has no place in modern society. Faith is not religion.
