It shouldn't relist if the ASX is serious about getting rid of bad eggs. If it relists, does that simply mean the past is swept under the rug and no one is held accountable for what are clear and methodical breaches of listing rules?
IMO, it should never relist again. That doesn't mean that it won't. The ASX needs to make an example of it, however, and the best form of punishment would be to remove it from the ASX, which the ASX has the power to do.
