Whether he should go, the answer for me is without question. Three strikes you're out.
As to whether it's a company I would invest in, it all depends on the (possibly restated) accounts and ASIC outcome. If they are generating enough revenue to sustain a competitive business in a competitive market (a simple good search turns up a number of competing digital ad creation companies, some with an even more flexible production model than BIG). Basically, my investment question lies on whether BIG's success was due to the quality of their product or the free financing. I don't believe we'll have a view to that answer until we see what the accounts say and how much revenue BIG retains.
