    He should resign as CEO & maybe stay on at the advisory board level (for the sake of business continuity & saving face).. Who the hell would take on the CEO role now though?.. We need a good Managing Director/Chairman to be able to turn this around.. If someone signed on for that role it would be a huge positive..
