When all is said an done I could give a F#$k about a $5M Backdoor listing, $10M dollar market Cap company, Directors pasts etc etc. TIG JV etc

Put it into perspective the company had a market cap of less than $20M. 18 Months ago. If non holders want to bang on about it then go ahead.

I care about two points:

FC Financing arrangement and the financials.

The rest is irrelevant to me. I only care about the business itself and I cant say either way until we get clarification of the FC arrangement and Financials.
