    Firstly anyone coming onboard now will be receiving some form of compensation.

    Secondly they will not be tarnished, regardless, as they came onboard to try and save and protect shareholders interests and do their best to salvage what reputation the company has left.

    If they turn this into a success story they will forever look like Red Adair and if they don’t they will still walk away with respect. They joined a ship that could not be saved.

    IMO.
