The new company secretary has really impressive credentials and I am very happy with that appointment, I think it is very positive for BIG. The new Board member I suspect was approached before suspension so the decision to appoint him was probably already well in train when the suspension first hit. I base this on the very quick appointment, I doubt they could have approached an experienced overseas broker like that at such short notice.

I think some of the current delay is because they are searching for suitable applicants for the Board and that takes time. I'd like to see at least two more appointments to the Board before relisting.
