I said he isn't the lawyer he's the company secretary.

You replied with a stat about company secretaries also acting as the general counsel.

I then said we don't know that he is as we've only been told that he is the company secretary.

Now you're saying that you didn't speculate that he is offering any other services.

I'm sorry but that's checkmate. All you did was speculate that he is also offering legal services.
