Dopey question probably, but can anyone enlighten me as to the workings of the proposed IPO hoping to raise $180m on the ASX?
The various projects sound fantastic, with the largest shareholder being China Non-ferrous metals. Excellent future for what is being mined. Excellent partners. Obviously, any IPO will not be until a lot more work is done and the business case improves even further, but won't it be hard however for a Co with a small MC to raise $180m via an IPO??? Maybe the FMG's in the world started in a similar way (large cap raising from a previously small company)?? I do not know.
Very high return if it works out (and therefore high risk). Any thoughts appreciated.
