ORD's share price would be much higher than 38 Million far earlier than when the IPO takes place in any case so It wouldn't be a case that ORD's share price is so low.

ORD will retain a much greater percentage of the project until the IPO also.

Based on the LAOS project alone, I have never seen a company trading at such a cheap share price and definitely not under the 100 million dollar mark.

Then factor in all of the other projects.

This is just plain ridiculous looking at the current share price.
