The negatiation will secure SARCO anything up to 70% of the project as that is the initial arrangement.
Not sure how they would fund acquire the additional percetage of the LAOS project but that is aparently the plan?
Then aparently ORD will retain a substantial interest in SARCO after the IPO?
Once again I'm not sure how they will do this?
Management are unwilling to disclose any detail on future percentages held so I guess we will all have to play a guessing game to try to place some value on ORD in the meantime?
