Yes it can and it will,their hedge book is the cause of all their problems and the market does NOT like hedged gold companies.
Management have some serious questions to be answered and should be held accountable.

Have a look at NEM being sold off the last few days,why? - once again their hedge book when they took over Normandy.

I have heard people discussing KCN saying they are too expensive but imho they are the best gold company in AUS,keep a watch on them and watch their price keep heading north while SGW and NEM continue to go south.
