Why would you? Stupid offer imo who's going to accept when it's below the cash and liquid asset value of the company, let alone the value of the companies projects. Be surprised if the offer gets 5%. Just hope the company doesn't waste too many $$ defending it. Even at 4cent they wouldn't get close to 90% imo, might get 50% at 4cent. Reckon you might see traders jump in front of the offer when trading commences again as it not hard to work out just how undervalued this company is, now that Mercantile has put their handup wanting it all.
