Fair value, lol, I'm sure management will probably respond to the t/o offer putting a value 10cent/share+ but no one going to pay that atm. As this offer if on market if you accept you sell and if they raise the offer later you don't get the extra like a off market offer. Another bidder, maybe JR would probably still be buying at 2.0cents if he hadn't hit 20%.

I agree, if this was just a shell company with no tenements and just cash, a business looking for a backdoor listing would have to offer more than 2c.
