If they want to be proactive about restoring investor confidence in the stock market...they will make serious moves to do something about this scourge on our market...it is robbery pure & simple......holding a 'worry & panic pistol' to peoples' heads until they sell their holding...then release the brakes and cash in ! All done without brokerage costs or share ownership...it is wrong pure & simple !
