Hi all. Some interesting commentary on this thread re CAJ. Just thought I might add to the thread by responding to a comment on the pricing of the MRI machines being around $1m. The actual cost is closer to $3m per machine but most providers offer lease type arrangements so it's not always the case that the ~$3m needs to be funded upfront.

No doubt this is a great business but as a holder I am a little concerned with the price run up as it seems to defy fundamentals. Unless of course there is something else at play given the large volumes traded of late. To justify futher price growth I believe there needs to be a catalyst in terms of more acquisitions. They have pretty much saturated the Victorian market and need to look further north to NSW and QLD for their next phase of growth.
