AGM Nov 21 expected to approve issue of options to MS & GH.
MS options 5,000,000 GH 3,000,000.
"A price that is equal to or greater than (as determined by the Board) 150% of the traded volume weighted average price of the Company's shares five days immediately preceding the grant of the options (which is to be on or before 21 December 2007)."
So! every cent COE average share price increases for 5 days prior to issue of options will cost MS 5M x 1.5 cents or $75,000 to exercise...
