    Sorry if this has been mentioned anywhere but, any deal being done with IGC is for their 15% platinum stake in Africa and (imo) NOT a general takeover of IGC . If management get NKP scrip and cash for the resource what % capital return will they make to shareholders please ?

    Also what is the probability of a general company merger with NKP ?
