When I am talking about the level , I am talking about the level of service that the regions need/deserve.
Not the level of subsidy.
And I repeat , I would rather a corporatized government owned entity rather than a subsidized private company , so the payback doesn't apply.
Although ,I suppose another model might be to lend Rex money , if not paid back , foreclose , and it becomes a government airline.
