We dont have a senate in Queensland we still have a functioning parliament .

We do have a shadow cabinet though .

Do we need the senate really ?

As the shadow cabinet is really a new introduction of the Westminster system .

Its not even in the constitution to have one ?

Perhaps the dissolving of the senate is what is needed .

And only have the shadow cabinet .

Maybe then they would work on the bills instead of how to get into power ?
