Should we be engaging consultants?

With the complexity of mining in a country like Brazil, I do wonder if it is time, if the company has not already done so, to bring in some experts in the field to give support to the staff on the ground? I came across a local company that would fit the bill, not sure how much they charge but they sound like just what we need at the moment.
