    The announcement for the Biningup contract should be just around the corner but there has yet to be any increase in the SP. Surely those at the water corp would have a fair idea of which way this contract will go and would have started picking up shares given that they are at very low prices.

    Could it be that CNM are not in the box seat to take out this contract?
