    Pointless trying to blame Les and his spruiking of the stock, he is asked for his opinion on a show like YMYC and he gives it. Whether you choose to buy is entirely up to you, besides the stock did triple in value since his initial call on it which I believe was in early April some time. If this blacklist is indeed true , the blame lies solely with management.
