Should we be enquiring about our rights as shareholders/optionholders on how we have been misinformed by the directors even though ASIC has made it law to inform shareholders immediately upon being aware on price sensitive issues?
Also how will he company make it up to shareholders especially optionholders who basically missed out completely because supposedly waiting nearly 1.5 years for a renewal because of a back log??????????????????
Please advise of your thoughts.
