should we expect a bank offer this week?

In reading the ANN published on the 13/01/14 ref. new off-take contract, there was mention of an impending bank deal ref. remaining 50% of the money required to build the mine and other facilities.

"MZI is now in negotiations with potential lenders in relation to their indicative term sheets for the remaining half of the debt funding package. The Company expects conditional credit-approved offers of funding will be received within weeks."

So, should we be optimistic, once again, and expect something for this week?
