you're entitled to your opinion, but i will dispute i ever claimed it was 90-120 business days. my next sentence stated that i believe it is overdue/delayed...

but you do have a history of only quoting what you think suits your case (i.e. quoting RC from the annual report but not referencing GG's statements which were much more bullish).

but as i said initially, saying that the only reason that it is over the 120 calendar days is because there are major issues and they can't get funding is absolutely false. could be any number of reasons (positive, negative or otherwise) that we just don't know at this stage.
