    I don't think there will be any dilution, this is obviously being set "on track" to draw interest from iron ore sector players to invest or joint ventue with FMS.

    Current shareholders who do not participate will have a interest thru the 20% holding of new Company that stays with FMS,refer listing announcement 21/12/09.

    I think advice received in talks with "interested parties" have forced this move and understandbly so..
