What are the guidelines on a company requesting a suspension?
Would FMS been able to do this when they found out about the MMK shareholder getting an injuction to stop MMK from purchasing FMS.
Surely this would have sparked some concern about future share price.
I am not greedy, i just thought, why not hang on until deal is done and get money then. if a new offer comes along, good and well. I couldn't see any reason to sell before hand.
Now look at the price.
should we have gone into suspension?
