Should we laugh or should we cry ?
The Chairman's letter to the shareholders is the continuation of the cynicism shown by the board of DACIAN since it sold itself to GENESIS.
..."Leigh Junk, Managing Director resigned. Leigh’s contribution and efforts since early 2020 to reinvigorate Dacian were significant." Indeed, Junk's contribution and efforts have brought society to the brink !
..."I would also like to thank all our stakeholders, and in particular our shareholders and our traditional owners, for their support throughput the year."...Effectively, the shareholders supported the company by being paid in return with a colossal loss on the value of their shares with this villainous takeover to finish them off !
And the Chairman's letter forgets the essential, it's up to the board to support the shareholders and not the other way around !!!
