..."I would also like to thank all our stakeholders, and in particular our shareholders and our traditional owners, for their support throughput the year."...Effectively, the shareholders supported the company by being paid in return with a colossal loss on the value of their shares with this villainous takeover to finish them off !
And the Chairman's letter forgets the essential, it's up to the board to support the shareholders and not the other way around !!!

Congratulation Jean Luc to restore the truth .
This chairman address is an insult to minority shareholders , the board of DCN unanimously betrayed the shareholders to the benefit of GMD .
LJ recommends that shareholders accept this highway robbery at a price which is just a fraction of the asset value of DCN . He and GMD know that perfectly , but they are confident that Asic will not take any action against this directors misconduct .
DCN shareholders should keep their shares until a more decent offer .
