Sterling looks more interesting with a credible management team with relevant industry experience and have built childcare businesses previously and made a fortune vending into ABC Learning before it went kaboom.
G8 have very good mgmt and operational structure, a disciplined acquisition process and are very hands on operational managers. Barring an adverse finding from the productivity commission due I think October this year G8 can grow earnings substantially from here in the coming years and by its nature carries no debt so will be throwing off heaps of cashflow and growing dividends moving forward.
