Wife works in a 4 story building that also has units in full view.
Each morning a bloke wakes up in business hours and stands on his patio coffee cup in one hand and his appendage in the other hard at it, all after an initial good wake-up stretch to wide yonder lol.
Anyway we are pretty down to earth here and see it as a bit of a giggle all round but because we are down to earth....should this be put a stop to regardless, we cannot come to a decision.
Have a hi def video camera so evidence would be easy lol......but don't want to do someone more damage than the behavior it's self most likely could ever do ...as is the generic lawful way.
