It is the Biotron management that has complicated the situation, using the work voluntary admin while they are begging for money. There should have been a breakdown of evey cent this company spent. It is the management that needs to spread the light of confidence about a potential partership with whatever they have. Let them find a partnership and come to the existing SHs that they need money to execute the deal and the SHs will get better return on their investment including a special dividend...
