should we really be suprised ?

Im not too sure why anyone is at all surprised by this. Those of you who have followed this from way back will know the Terratherm story and that pretty much mirrors the Coretrack story.

Terratherm with its 4 directors - one of which was Warren -formed to raised money to build a geothermal drilling company using Globe Drill (owned then by Warren) to build the rigs. IP held by Strange Investments.

Whatever the details of the story the end result was mass falling out with all Directors, shareholders left holding nothing, Warren sued them - they sued him. End result no company.

Now 2 years down the line same story with Coretrack.

Whatever the ins and outs and arguments the facts remain this is the second company that has got involved with this new rig and IMO neither boards or set of shareholders benefited from the process, quite the opposite.

Draw your own conclusions on who or what the one common factor in both those stories is .....
