Weren't Terra Therm attempting to raise some cash for the rig? Possibly even ipo.
I got the feeling at the time that WS was tired of waiting for the cash so did the deal with CKK much to the annoyance of Terratherm. There was a guy from terratherm posting at the time and another who questioned WS previous inventions.
Add to that the prices for the same rig were very different on the Terratherm website and CKK announcements at the time - i recall posting the discrepancies at the time.
It was all discussed but unfortunately can only search hotcopper back to 1/1/11 - sure we used to be able to go back further?
