should we sell vanmag, page-14

hi turbs, not really following who LSX (AIM?) is and what it has to do with CCC or VanMag. I am sure it all makes sense but could you please elaborate ?

So Golden Falls was probably once of the directors companies which picked up VanMag only to be onsold to CCC for a profit and consulting fees? and now something is not 100% so we cant actually settle on the asset.
We definitely dont have 100% of the story here!
