Would support revisiting a revised deal AO your suggestion would not leave them any wiggle room once enacted unless they bid for the new entity, it would appear fair to all and provide a long term return to all the current s/h , bit like cinnamon for your cereal or in your coffee a deal like that would be a fantastic stress reliever and attract people looking for income with units tied to the return
