Should we start buying stock, page-74

A revised OA was suggested to FMS some weeks ago. We were advised that TIO would not try this a second time as there was no certainty of either SHs or OCJ accepting it. The suggestions I put out on HC back then were not well supported by other posters and this seems to have confirmed management's (& TIO's) opinion. If SHs now think they could support a revised OA then now is the time to speak up. Can't see TIO moving on this until after the current bid expires but that "may" depend on the amount of support.
