    As far as I am aware the debt was acquired when in its early days with Brian Mcquigan as CEO it expanded rapidly.It has been selling off some of those assets for the last few years and did further debt reduction through the sale of shares to shareholders . They have run a tight ship through a period when the high Australian dollar and excess wine supply in Australia in particular have made operating at a profit challenging.I suspect that the recent rise in the SP was due to some hoping that the fall in the Australian dollar would result in a move back to dvidends twice a year instead of only once a year as has happened for the last few years. However despite the improved performance they are not issuing a dividend this half year and the SP has started to fall back again
