Good addition -

mix sum good butter up in a bowl with with plenty of coarsley ground black pepper, lemon juice & couple of anchovies roll into into a batton put in glad wrap & back in the fridge to get it firm - slice a few rounds (1 or 2) to place on top of steak & it will quickly melt.. mmmmmm
