Should you worry about CEO share selling?

I tumbled across this article from The Motley Fool. After reading it, it made you realized that not all CEO share selling & buying were fruitful and the timing was never perceived as justified by shareholders. There were 2 sides to the story. So I think overeaction to the issue can only make things worse. Keep personal emotion to one side. Atleast imo this stock sp was truly undervalued. This was a reason I bought. Imo just ignore a scaremongering and wait until an investigation started in its due course
