What will be for any business? I was comparing Shoutback with EatClub.

Actually, as both offer real-time deals that can be updated via a Dashboard which are valid for the day and has limited redemption numbers - they are almost identical. Both charge a small amount for redemptions. Free signup.

The real difference is Shoutback is limited to the "Offer" so for example "Steak & Pot" $15.00. But my partner does not eat red meat or drink beer so the deal has limited value to use as a couple. EatClub is a straight discount off the total bill.

I ask you. Which would be the better app for a couple or a group? They can choose what they want to eat and drink as individuals.

Also, EatClub is now partnering over 500 locations and at last report 2 weeks ago had 60,000 downloads of their app in 4 months. Traction has already occurred.

And let's not forget The Entertainment Book which is available in print and digital. Thousands of cafes, hotels, restaurants.

Very crowded space for sure. Great for consumers.
