The questions when comparing Shoutback and Eatup is what is better value for the most customers? Video reviews or spend flexibility?
If one or the other is better, then the question is what is easier? Shoutback expanding their offer or Eatup adding video reviews? I reckon Eatup has the easier path. BIG management should give them a call and let them know they have some content that may prove valuable.
Not every question is a downramp that needs rebuttal. Most are genuine queries that can help holders assess then skill and capabilities of the company.
