I disagree. I also held CAZ before the April decision, but chose not to sell, and was fortunate enough to "double up" at $0.29 a few weeks ago, so my average overall price is more or less where the shares closed on Friday. However, I think that this time around, people will be a lot more wary, so my opinion would be that they will struggle to get past $1.....at least until the court decision is made. Too many people got badly burnt the first time. If the court rules that Bowler has to redecide, then we could see a push to around $1.50, but even in that event, remember that Bowler could still decide in favour of RIO again, (although one would think that this wouldn't be an easy decision to make, given the court directive).

Just my thoughts.
