    1)

    I really can't see the permit being refused.

    2)

    The True Reality of Potential Delays in the issue of Permit.

    I just Hope WCU investors when facing potential delays can still see the Big picture unfolding and understand that such a spectacular feat takes time.

    Those who hold will be greatly rewarded for there time IMO
