Can you tell me where this bond is referred to and I'll have a look to see what I can figure out? I can't see a reference to it.

In proposals like this there can be a number of fees/bonds/levies which are payable to various gov't agenceis and others - at various stages. depending on the nature of the required payment, it does not necessariy mean approval is guaranteed.

I think Absolut nailed the summary of my comments.

NOt sure why people are giving me the thumbs down for my comments on this. Even the last ann regarding progress of the approvals/permits (See ann 18 March) said that the determining authority was likely to issue the permits in 'late April'.

Then management says 'on or about May 20'

Then management says 'next Wednesday' (ie May 27)

Three delays already in the last couple of months? Not sure my comments regadring delays really deserve thumbs down.

I would still rate this as a good share to hold, even if there are a few more delays in permits - eventually it will happen!
